  4.  This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you
  5.  and the author of the software product. The software product
  6.  includes eXtremeMP3 player , the medias belonging to it, printed
  7.  materials and electronic documentation. With installing, copying
  8.  or any other usage of this software product you agree to the
  9.  terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this
  10.  agreement you are not allowed to use or copy this software
  11.  product. Further you are engaged to remove the software product
  12.  from you computer.

  18.  international copyright treaties. Copyright and property right of
  19.  the software product are set to the authors of the software or
  20.  their distributers. You do not purchase any rights on the

  23.  property and copyright like on and in this software.

  25.  Decompiling

  27.  You agree not to develope the software back, change, spilt,
  28.  decompile, disassemble or translate the software product neither
  29.  in parts nor as whole thing.

  33.  The author of this software product has verified the software as
  34.  best as possible to make sure the main achievements as described
  35.  work while normal usage on compatible equipment. Regarding to
  36.  the complexibility of computer software we can not guarantee that
  37.  the software or documents does not contain errors or works
  38.  without intermissions on any equipment and software
  39.  configuration or that it can fulfil any other of your needs. So
  40.  the software and the documentation are distributed in the state
  41.  as present and you accept all risks with the usage. The author
  42.  does not take any warranty either express or implied to the
  43.  software or the documentation about its fitness generally or its
  44.  qualification for special purposes execpt those warranties that
  45.  have to be applied through obliged laws and that cannot be
  46.  excluded. You know that you have to regually backup your data
